This is a case study introducing a custom case that combines work efficiency and protection. It is recommended to the end users to conduct regular inspections every six months to ensure that the lighting used on the emergency runway at the Self-Defense Forces base operates properly in emergencies. We would like to introduce a case where a hole was processed to allow the power cable to be routed outside, enabling the use of the equipment while it remains in the case. Due to the product's characteristics, it is often used outdoors, so a waterproof cap was installed on the hole to ensure water resistance. We would like to introduce a case design that keeps the equipment protected while allowing for smooth movement on-site by making the case as compact as possible. In this instance, due to concerns that the heat dissipation plate might deform because of the characteristics of the delivered items, we devised a specification that allows for storage of the entire base to prevent deformation. Additionally, anticipating emergencies, we designed the case to hold up to four batteries, and accordingly, we also included storage space for the AC adapter. 【Overview of the Introduced Product】 <Pelican Air 1507> ■ Since the equipment is lightweight, we want to keep the case weight to a minimum. ■ We selected the robust yet lightweight Pelican Air. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request to make the case size as compact as possible despite the large equipment. This time, we designed it so that the equipment and cables can be stored together, allowing for immediate use in medical settings. Additionally, to prevent cable breakage when bending and storing, we incorporated a spacious interior design to minimize stress on the cables.
